SPECIALIST NDIS PSYCHOSOCIAL HOUSING & SUPPORTED LIVING

We specialise in supporting people with psychosocial disability in models such as SIL, ILO, SDA, STA and MTA. 

Relatey's founder previously worked in the health sector working with people with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI) who have very complex mental health and support needs. Working with these clients and their supports, her role was to identify and develop support and transition plans to help clients move a community housing and support that was suitable, safe and sustainable live in the community safely and sustainably after living in hsupport them to discharge and live in the  community. We specialise in supporting people with psychosocial disability in the home within the NDIS (or self funded) models such as SIL, ILO, SDA, STA and MTA. 

We use Mental Health Disability Support Workers or Mental Health Peer Support Workers which are trained with Relatey’s comprehensive MH Skill building and Supervision Program to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to confidently and appropriately support participants who have psychosocial disability. Individualised training for each participant the staff support is also developed and provided to ensure the staff are fully skilled and able to the support the needs of the participant.

We have an On-Call MH CNC as well as other leaders experience working for long periods in the MH sector. They are hands on, working with staff and clients.
